We're working with a respected North West law firm to recruit a Paralegal into their established and growing Plot Sales team. Based in their Chester office, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential or plot sales experience who is looking to further their legal career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

Handling a high-volume caseload of plot sales from reservation to completion Drafting and preparing contracts and legal documentation Liaising with clients, developers, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently Managing key deadlines and delivering work to a high standard Maintaining accurate case records using the firm's case management system Supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters as required

What we need from you:

Previous experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions Excellent communication and client care skills Ability and willingness to commute to Chester Positive, team-focused approach
