This position is based in our state-of-the-art offices in Farnborough.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced

Real Estate Paralegal

to support our busy Commercial Property team. You'll work on a broad range of matters including:

Landlord and tenant transactions Property finance Acquisitions and disposals Lease renewals and management Regearing and rent reviews Property aspects of corporate transactions

You'll be involved in high-value and complex matters across various sectors, working closely with our Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors and Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in commercial property law Ability to manage a varied caseload independently Strong client care and communication skills A proactive approach to business development and networking Experience working with corporate teams on property aspects of business transactions is desirable An existing client following would be highly advantageous
