We're working with a well-established, full-service commercial law firm. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking a Paralegal to join its busy Real Estate & Projects team in their central London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous property experience, either residential or commercial, who is looking to build a long-term career within a progressive and ambitious real estate practice. You'll play a key part in high-value transactions and development work, supporting senior lawyers and gradually building your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting solicitors and fee earners with the day-to-day running of property matters
Assisting on large-scale residential development transactions, including drafting summaries and reporting on land agreements, transfers, and ancillary documentation
Carrying out due diligence reviews and compiling reports on title
Handling post-completion work such as Land Registry applications, requisitions, and submissions
Preparing ancillary documents including Deeds of Covenant, Land Registry certificates, and related forms
Managing pre- and post-completion formalities including priority searches and SDLT forms
Supporting a variety of clients including housing associations, developers, charities, and investors
Assisting with training, internal development initiatives, and business development where appropriate
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in property law (residential or commercial) is essential
Ability to commute to London city centre
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience working with registered providers or private landlords
Understanding of the conveyancing process and development transactions

15% annual bonus, taking total earnings to 32,116 per annum
