A leading international law firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join their Sales and Home Ownership Team based in Manchester. The Real Estate group has lawyers advising across investment, development, finance, asset management, planning and dispute resolution, and this team delivers services to Registered Providers and private developers, covering a range of matters from acquisition through to disposal.
As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will:

• Assist on a range of residential conveyancing matters.
• Provide timely, high-quality client service.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Advise developers and registered providers on new-build sales.
• Handle shared ownership transactions, including staircasing and deeds of variation.
• Advise on right-to-buy and right-to-acquire sales.
• Manage your own files in line with internal procedures.
• Support the wider team across various property matters.
• Advise on leasehold management issues.

What we are looking for:

• Experience handling conveyancing matters.
• Previous real estate or paralegal experience, ideally including development work.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a logical, methodical approach.
• Ability to take ownership of work and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong IT skills.
• An excellent academic record.
