Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Partner to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for an existing Partner or Director with contacts to join a highly regarded legal brand.
The Real Estate Partner will deal with a range of responsibilities including;

• Leading and managing a team of lawyers within the real estate department.
• Bringing your own clients / contacts
• Advising firm clients on complex real estate transactions.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the real estate practice.

The successful Real Estate Partner should have / be;

• Proven expertise in real estate law gained with a large law firm
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• The ability to bring your own clients
• Ties to Leeds
• Already working as a Partner or a Legal Director who has their own clients to follow.

The client is an international law firm with a growing office in central Leeds. The firm has an existing Leeds based Real Estate practice and they are keen to grow the team further with an additional Partner appointment. The client offers full equity with this role.

• Full equity partnership with competitive financial rewards.
• An estimated salary range of 175,000 to 215,000, depending on experience.
