Our client, a well-established law firm in Manchester, is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Partner to spearhead their commercial property offering in the region. This leadership role requires an experienced and influential solicitor with a proven track record in winning and developing client relationships within the Manchester commercial property market. The successful candidate will play a strategic part in shaping the department's future, leveraging an existing platform while identifying growth opportunities through existing contacts and developing new business. You will work closely with senior management, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members, and aim to expand the firm's footprint in the commercial property sector.

• Senior Commercial Property Lawyer, likely at Partner or Legal Director level
• Established connections and client following within the Manchester market
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ambition to grow a team
• Proven ability to generate and develop commercial property work
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
