As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Management Director to take strategic ownership of our assets and lead the next phase of growth.

Overview


This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional with a passion for real estate strategy and asset performance. You will oversee our entire portfolio--driving financial outcomes, shaping investment strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency across all properties. Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll have the autonomy to make high-impact decisions and help define the company's long-term direction.

Responsibilities



Strategic Planning and Oversight

Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies aligned with company objectives. Define performance benchmarks for growth, return, and risk management.
Portfolio and Financial Management

Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, acquisitions, and disposals. Conduct advanced financial modelling and investment analysis. Monitor performance metrics including ROI, cash flow, and profitability. Present strategic and financial updates to senior management and investors.
Market and Risk Analysis

Stay ahead of market trends, demographic shifts, and regulatory changes. Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining compliance with all standards.
Leadership and Team Development

Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of property managers, analysts, and support staff. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder and Investment Management

Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders. Negotiate major leases, contracts, and investment agreements. Oversee due diligence and capital expenditure for new developments and improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Track financial performance and report on variances.

About You



Degree or advanced qualification in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate, asset management, or investment management. Professional certifications such as RICS, CFA, or CPM are advantageous. Proven experience managing large and complex real estate portfolios. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced modelling skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Strategic thinker with the drive to innovate and deliver measurable results.
