Maneely & Co are Hiring: Sales Agent - Join the Exciting World of Real Estate!

We are the largest firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors & Estate Agents in the Mid Ulster area, and we're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Running the Sales Department
- Selling a range of property including new builds, residential, commercial & agricultural
- Property marketing, viewings negiotations etc
- Liaise directly with sellers providing feedback and advice
- Meeting clients and the public, helping them with their property needs

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Highly preferable to have experience in sales or estate agency. People Skills: Natural rapport builder with a genuine interest in people. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional telephone manner. Organisational Flair: Excellent time management and attention to detail. Resilience & Drive: A commercial mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Versatility: Willing to assist with other office tasks as needed. Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The job is based in Dungannon and work hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5.15pm and lunch form 1pm-1.45pm. Start date will be as soon as possible.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
