Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Caller, you'll be responsible for calling warm leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into bookings or meetings. You'll play a vital role in our sales funnel, engaging with potential investors and end-users seeking properties in Dubai and the UK.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the marketing team
Follow up on enquiries and manage CRM entries
Explain project features, payment plans, and investment benefits
Book Zoom meetings or in-person appointments for the closing team
Maintain a professional, persuasive, and friendly phone manner
Hit weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate telesales or outbound calling experience
Clear communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is preferred
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
