Duties:

• Lead Management: Efficiently manage inbound leads using our CRM system.

• Lead Generation: Design and implement innovative strategies to generate new business.

• Revenue Tracking: Monitor and report revenue against set targets, ensuring our success.

• Viewings: Conduct premium viewings of our luxurious office spaces for potential clients.

• Contract Negotiation: Take the lead in negotiations and close deals that benefit both parties.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture broker relationships while managing client renewals and expansions.

• Networking: Represent the company at events, fostering strong business connections.

• Collaboration & Resilience: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adaptability.

• Reporting: Collaborate with Commercial Directors and lead a growing sales team.

Requirements:

• Any previous sales experience is ideal but not essential - should you have the passion.

• A proactive individual with a can-do attitude.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

• The ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, including brokers and clients.
