As a Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling processes of residential properties. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or tenants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients, highlighting trends and property values.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
Stay updated on local property market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate.
Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and property inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions using administrative tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates willing to learn.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse client base.
Proficient in administrative tasks including documentation management and scheduling.
A valid real estate licence or willingness to obtain one is required.
A keen interest in property markets and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
