Our client, a leading full service Scottish firm, is in growth mode across a number of key areas. As a result of its clear business strategy focused on deepening it's expertise in core sectors our client has continued to deliver strong financials. In particular our client is seeking to recruit a Scottish or English (with experience of Scottish law) qualified lawyer from associate through to partner level for opportunities in its Commercial Property team. Our client acts for a range of clients including, developers, utilities, landowners, communities and funders. Of particular interest is experience in acquisitions and sales, leasing, strategic land, property finance, construction or planning.
These roles could accommodate a candidate seeking part-time, flexible working or hybrid working.
