As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

- Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including, but not limited to, site acquisitions, development, funding arrangements and agreements, and, landlord and tenant advice
- Prepare and review documents relating to the above caseload and other general property transactions
- Provide assistance to senior team members with high-value transactions
- Prepare for completion meetings; handle post-completion filings and prepare completion bibles
- Have sound knowledge of IT packages
- Build strong internal relationships
