Job Description

You will deal with asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing and complex agreement for lease transactions in variety of sectors such as retail, restaurant, industrial and office; as well as quirky headleases, property rights, rights of light and turnover leases for mixed-use historic Central London estates.
You will be encouraged to take a lead role on transactions and to assist in really cementing the relationship with the Clients.

• Support services - practice managers, COLP / COFA - regulatory and compliance, office managers, IT developers, case management specialists, law costs draftsmen and negotiators, legal secretaries, legal cashiers
