Job Description

You will handle commercial real estate investment and asset management matters and provide support on larger real estate finance and corporate support transactions.
This is an expanding team and you will need experience of collaborating on real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions, disposals and real estate finance transactions and some knowledge of development work.
If you have over 5 years PQE within a leading real estate team and have experience gained from working on complex transactions, then my Client is keen to hear from you.

• Legal professionals - FILEX, MILEX, ILEX, Licenced Conveyancers, paralegals, legal assistants and fee earners
• Support services - practice managers, COLP / COFA - regulatory and compliance, office managers, IT developers, case management specialists, law costs draftsmen and negotiators, legal secretaries, legal cashiers
