This Solicitor role in Aberdeen offers newly qualified to 3 PQE lawyers a varied commercial real estate practice spanning development, leasing, acquisitions, sales, and finance. You'll handle a wide range of transactions that deepen your technical skills and elevate your professional growth in a collaborative team.
Handling commercial real estate transactions across development, investment acquisitions, disposals, leasing (landlord & tenant), and finance
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless, high-quality advice
Developing technical legal skills through exposure to complex and varied mandates

A solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in real estate, commercial property work, residential conveyancing or rural land
Experienced or comfortable working across residential and commercial development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and finance
Client-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator with good organisational skills
