REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR | 3+ YEARS PQE | TOP NATIONAL LAW FIRM | BIRMINGHAM BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a top-ranked national law firm in its search for a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy Real Estate team based in Birmingham. This permanent opportunity offers flexible working options including hybrid working and is available on a full-time basis. An excellent salary and benefits package will be offered. The Role As a Real Estate Solicitor within this team, you will: Manage your own caseload of commercial real estate matters across public and private sectors. Advise on and draft leases, development agreements, heads of terms, and other property documentation. Support complex projects including regeneration schemes, funding arrangements, disposals, and portfolio management. Liaise with internal colleagues and external clients including major retailers, developers, local authorities, and social housing providers. Provide guidance on company law, planning, construction, and site disposals as part of transactional and advisory work. Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in your application, you will have: A minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial real estate law, ideally with experience in development and regeneration projects. Strong drafting and technical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong academic background and the drive to progress within a well-established national firm.
