Real Estate Associate - Birmingham-75,000 - 90,000 + Uncapped Bonus | International Firm | Birmingham City Centre

Commercial Property | Corporate Occupiers | 2 Days in Office | 3+ PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to step up into a senior role, or for an established Senior Associate seeking to join a leading international law firm.

You'll be part of a highly regarded Real Estate team, working closely with an experienced Partner on high-value transactions exceeding 100 million. The team acts for a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, including household names such as global sports brands, major international coffee chains, and well-known UK businesses.

The Role

Manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management. Support the Real Estate team in driving continuous growth and improvement across the department. Work closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and commercially focused legal advice, ensuring their objectives are achieved. Manage files independently while contributing to wider team projects and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through a confident, personable, and collaborative approach.
