Real Estate Solicitor
The Role
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Lega 500 ranked Real Estate Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a nationally recognised, award-nominated practice.
There is an existing caseload to pick up straight away - working with investors, developers, operators and funders on acquisitions, disposals, finance and development projects. The firm offers a superb working culture and genuine career development opportunities.
What you'll be doing

  • Advising clients on disposal, acquisition, real estate finance and development.
  • Supporting on property aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Advising on complex development projects with colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
About you
A qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE and a background in commercial property.
Skilled in drafting, negotiating and providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.
Comfortable managing client relationships directly and working with a range of stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong project management abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Commercially astute, practical, and able to deliver work to tight deadlines.
A strong team player.
