Real Estate Solicitor

Are you a passionate real estate solicitor looking for high-quality work, a supportive team, and room to grow? This is your chance to join a dynamic national team in their central Bristol office.
You can expect to work alongside experienced partners on an impressive range of real estate work, particularly residential-led development and strategic land. The team also advises on
- Commercial and mixed-use developments
- Regeneration and investment projects
- Natural capital and environmental solutions (biodiversity net gain, water and nutrient neutrality)
- Agricultural matters (contentious and non-contentious)
Requirements
- A strong interest in real estate development and a commercial mindset
- Solid experience in residential or commercial development, or wider commercial property work
- Around 1-4 years' PQE
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to build client relationships and your own profile
- 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) - with the option to buy more
