Job Description


This is a superb opportunity for a highly motivated solicitor (newly qualified or up to 2 years of post-qualified experience) to join an esteemed Legal500 firm\'s Glasgow Real Estate team, specialising in Electricity.

Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate matters with a specific focus on Electricity projects.
- Conducting due diligence and title investigations on properties involved in electricity infrastructure development.
- Drafting and negotiating various contracts and agreements, including leases, licenses, and easements.
- Assisting in the acquisition, disposal, and development of real estate assets within the electricity sector.
- Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

- Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years of post-qualified experience in real estate or residential property law.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in real estate law, particularly within the Electricity sector.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical solutions.
