We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Real Estate Solicitor

to join our growing property team in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional who is passionate about commercial real estate and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative firm.

You will work on a broad range of property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property finance, and development projects, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents. Managing property due diligence, title examination, and risk assessments. Supporting corporate transactions involving property assets. Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of transactions. Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients. Assisting in business development and contributing to the firm's real estate practice growth.

About You

Qualified Solicitor (LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice) with a current practising certificate in Scotland. A minimum of

2 years' PQE

(though all levels of experience will be considered). Strong technical knowledge of Scottish property law. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
