Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly rated team in Leeds. This is a exciting opportunity for a Solicitor around 1-3 years PQE to work with corporate clients across the UK on a range of Real Estate transactions.
The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related agreements and contracts.
- Advising clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases and development.
- Supporting clients across sectors such as retail and logistics
- Working closely with the Partners on large transactions.
- Helping the team on business development
- Maintaining strong client relationships and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Keep up to date with changes in real estate law and industry practices.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;
- A solicitor between 1-3 years PQE
- Strong academics
- Proven experience in handling commercial property transactions and related matters.
- Ties to Leeds
- Salary ranging from 6600 to 78000, depending on experience.
- Generous pension contribution of 5% and bonus potential of up to 20%.
