The Role

As a

Real Estate Solicitor

, you'll play a key role in handling a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions, with a strong emphasis on

real estate finance

. You'll work with an impressive client portfolio including investors, developers, lenders, and private clients.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters Advising on property finance, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and security documentation Liaising with clients, agents, and financial institutions to ensure smooth completion of transactions Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice

About You

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate) Strong background in real estate and finance matters Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively A team player with a proactive and commercial mindset
