About the role:




The Collections team is integral to our firm, supporting client engagement teams by managing and recovering outstanding fees. We excel in dispute resolution, debt recovery through legal avenues, and handling client insolvency, all while fostering a cash-centric culture to enhance the firm's sustainable working capital.


As a member of our dynamic and diverse Collections team,you'll play a vital role in maximizing cash collection and minimizing aged debt. You will be a confident communicator with a tenacious approach, using the most effective communication strategies with your portfolio of clients. Embracing new technologies and smarter working methods, you'll deliver optimal value to our business stakeholders

What your days will look like:



Manage a personal portfolio of the firm's clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding fees, meticulously documenting each action in the collections system. Leverage technology to efficiently prioritize tasks and achieve peak performance. Identify payment barriers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues according to established procedures. Partner with the three Receivables teams to enhance cash collection and create proactive strategies to reduce aged debt. Engage actively with the Cash Allocation team to facilitate the prompt and precise allocation of client payment receipts.

This role is for you if:



Demonstrate expertise in applying best practice collections principles, understanding their impact across the contract-to-cash (C2C) value chain. Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes for the firm. Confident communicator skilled in active listening, situation interpretation, and leveraging influence to achieve the best results. Exhibit strong literacy and numeracy skills with impeccable attention to detail. Self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments, building meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders. Adaptable and resilient, embracing change with a flexible mindset. Driven and persistent, committed to achieving both personal and team success. Familiarity with other operational finance areas such as cash management, allocation, and accounts payable is a plus. Additionally, holding qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) is advantageous, as it sets the standard in credit management.
