The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
Skills
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative duties
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong clerical experience to support various administrative functions
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
