Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers warmly and professionally
Answering phone calls, messages, and booking appointments
Providing excellent customer service in a salon/beauty environment
Handling payments and basic till operation
Keeping the reception and shop area clean and organised
Supporting the salon team with daily tasks
Requirements (Essential):
Minimum 2 year experience in customer service
Minimum 2 year experience in a salon, beauty shop, or retail environment
Confident communication and people skills
Well-presented, polite, and professional
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
Organise and maintain office supplies and administrative documents
Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence
Support team members with organisational tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it reflects a welcoming environment
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential for motivated candidates eager to learn
