Reception LSA

position. Ideal candidate must come from a psychology/therapy background with a BSc in a similar field An average day would include 1:1 support of student with ASD & ADHD (non-physical) - intervention, social, emotional & behavioural support This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:20 am to 3:30 pm for the academic year 2025/2026 with a start date of the end of September 2025/start of October 2025
The role of a

Reception LSA

is specifically beneficial for individuals who are aspiring psychologists and therapists (psychology and therapy graduates), as the role gives exposure to these areas of practice:

1:1 & some group support of Special Educational Needs - Autism, Behavioural Needs, ADHD Social, Emotional, Behavioural Cognitive support Liaising with SENCO, parents & carers and occasionally Therapists Observational skills

The successful individual for the position as a Reception LSA would be a proactive & passionate individual. Previous related experience in EYFS or working with SEN/SEMH students is preferred.
