About the Role - What You'll Do

As

Reception Manager

, you will be the face of Amazonico.
You'll lead the reception team and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional welcome from the moment they step through our doors.

You will:

Manage reservations and guest lists with confidence and discretion Lead, train and inspire the host team to deliver five-star service Oversee smooth front desk operations and handle VIP & high-profile clientele Work closely with restaurant managers to coordinate guest experience Implement and maintain service standards in line with brand values Take pride in every interaction, ensuring guests feel recognised, valued, and excited to return

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Reception Manager (or Head Receptionist) in a premium hospitality venue A natural host with outstanding people skills and strong attention to detail Confidence managing high-volume reservations while staying calm under pressure A genuine passion for guest experience, diversity, and cultural awareness Tech-savvy with platforms like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
