Job Description

The Bank Dental Practice is expanding! We have a position available for a full time Reception Manager/TCO to oversee our reception team and to give patients the best patient journey throughout their treatment. We are looking for someone who can deliver great patient care in a highly supportive clinical environment with a passion for giving our patients an excellent patient journey. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment schedules from consultation to completion, whilst proving excellent customer service throughout their treatment journey. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and staff.

Duties include



Patient communication: Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression and patient journey. Explaining treatment plans and addressing any queries or concerns. To have excellent customer service skills face to face, over the phone and via email. To have constant communication and support with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Financial coordination: Discussing treatment plans with patients, ensuring valid consent it obtained and understood and explaining all payment options including finance.

Treatment Planning: Working with clinicians to create personalised care packages and treatment plans and ensuring the patient understands all aspects of their treatment. Take records for patients such as photos, digital scans of the patient's teeth using an iTero machine and x-rays if qualified

Administrative tasks: Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records. Handling payments and overseeing daily and weekly cash ups. Constant communication with clinicians and referring dental practitioners, including referrals. Support our Practice Manager, Senior Managers and the

clinical team with the running of a smooth practice.

Promotion of the practice: Confident in promoting and upselling our procedures, Dental Care products and services including our practice payment plan & finance options. To assist with the marketing of the practice, including Invisalign Open Days and Social Media.

Your skills and experience



Confident leading a reception team Previous experience as a Treatment Co-Ordinator Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous dental administration or receptionist experience is desired Fantastic communication skills Excellent team-work skills Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook with overall strong organisation skills
Happy to offer an immediate start date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.25 per week
