We manage a portfolio of five distinguished accommodation sites that cater to a wide range of guests, from budget travellers to those seeking luxurious experiences. Currently, our offerings include approximately 60 varied units, including cosy cottages and upscale apartments, with plans for further expansion.

Position Summary:


The Receptionist / Park Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. This position involves managing front-of-house operations, facilitating guest services, and supporting overall site management.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, welcoming them and providing key information on accommodation and amenities. Handle bookings through multiple channels, including phone, email, and online booking platforms. Process payments for reservations and invoices accurately. Address inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive assistance to guests. Support property owners with queries and concerns, fostering strong relationships. Record and report electric and gas meter readings. Collaborate with groundskeeping staff to maintain park standards and aesthetics. Exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented approach, often handling responsibilities independently. A flexible attitude, the role will be based in Ingoldmells during the season, covering days off in Burgh Le Marsh, and out of season, mainly at Burgh Le Marsh.

Work Schedule:



Standard workweek of five days, with potential for six days during peak school holiday periods. Working weekends. Must be adaptable to a 365-day operational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Participation in an on-call overnight rota shared among staff, approximately one week per month.

Qualifications:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy. Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on clerical duties and data management. Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone demeanour. Organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise effectively. Demonstrated typing skills and attention to detail. Previous office experience is highly regarded. A valid driver's license is required.
