We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused
Reception Supervisor
to support the daily running of our front desk operations. You'll lead by example, assist with team supervision, and ensure that every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
Support and guide reception team members during shifts
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with confidence and care
Maintain a strong presence at the front desk, leading by example in service delivery
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and daily briefings
Monitor reservation systems and ensure accurate room allocation and billing
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Help manage shift handovers, reporting, and front desk administration
