We are looking for a passionate

Reception Supervisor

to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.


Our 55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests.

You will:

Support the Spa Director in developing and training your team to achieve our service standards for the Spa Front Desk. Ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome as soon as they step through our doors. Champion guest relations best practice, encouraging and incentivising your team to build quality and genuine relationships with our guests. Be comfortable supervising a growing team, which includes up to three Spa Receptionists. Ensure all rotas are completed on a weekly basis, and are in line with our departmental budgets. Advance your knowledge, through ongoing professional development and our in-house training materials. Ensure you are up to date with all relevant Health & Safety legislation which affects your department. Be comfortable communicating with guests and teams through effective oral and written communication, including using relevant technology.
