Our season runs from March - November in 2026.
The Role
As an Experience Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey and often the first and last point of contact for our guests and holiday homeowners.
You'll deliver warm, professional and organised service -- helping guests feel welcome, informed and supported from arrival through to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing a friendly and professional welcome to guests and holiday homeowners
Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately
Acting as a central point of information about the resort, facilities and local area
Responding to guest enquiries in person, by phone and email
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues calmly and professionally
Processing bookings, amendments and walk-in reservations
Taking payments, refunds and pre-authorisations in line with procedures
Preparing arrival packs, reports and guest documentation
Liaising with Accommodation, Maintenance and Security teams
Promoting resort facilities, activities and upgrades where appropriate
Following cash handling, data protection and security procedures
What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident and guest-focused individuals
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm and professional under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using IT and booking systems
Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak periods
Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Safeguarding & Checks
This role requires adherence to safeguarding, data protection, health & safety and security procedures.
A DBS check may be required depending on duties.
