As a Reception/Breakfast Team Member, you will take care of our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure, ensuring they enjoy a truly memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

Greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, respond to requests, and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service Handle breakfast service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and presentation Take initiative to add a personalised touch to each guest's stay Proudly promote hotel services and facilities, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling

Your experience and skills include:

Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset Guest-oriented with a passion for service Well-organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, leading by example Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential -- we provide full training
