We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. .
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handling cafe till operations, taking orders, and processing payments
Making coffees (Barista training available)
What we're looking for:
Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
Comfortable using a till and handling cash/ card payments.
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Preferably previous experience in a similar role but not essential- full training will be provided .
