Responsibilities

Assist in Reception duties ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.

Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans. Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes. Manage appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

Relevant nursing qualification or certification in dental nursing is preferred. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues. Familiarity with IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
