Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Duties:
- General Front of House duties
- Taking Bookings and Liaising with Customers
- Assist the Office and General Manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is desirable
