About the Role
No two days are the same--you'll often be answering over 100 calls a day. You'll provide a helpful, friendly service, taking clear, high-quality messages which are instantly shared with our clients via our system.
What You'll Need:
Excellent listening and communication skills
A natural ability to build rapport quickly
A friendly, professional telephone manner
Good computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail
A positive, proactive, 'can-do' attitude

Salary:
Starting at 19,200, rising to 19,480 after six months
Hours of Work:
30hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am-4pm . Weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) are required on a rotating basis.
