Are you an experienced Receptionist with a customer focused approach? Then we could have just the role for you. We are looking for someone to join our team full time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for a 9 month to cover maternity leave. Shift patterns are shared across the three receptionists who cover the opening at 06:45am through to 18:00pm. Shifts are scheduled Monday - Saturday.

What you'll be doing
Supported by our Administration Team Leader, you will be part of a professional and experienced team providing a patient focused administration and reception service, supporting the clinical team within the hospital.
What we'll look for in you
You will have previously worked in a similar role, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills. Key to this role is your ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, your understanding of information governance and your ability to work flexibly within the needs of the service.
