Do you want to be part of a resilient, innovative and forward-thinking Practice?We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our friendly surgery.Main duties of the jobTo be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, the processing of information and assisting patients as required, supporting the administration and receptionist teams with patient registration, processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies.To act as the central point of contact for patients, be responsible for the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaise with multi-disciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.About usBankfield Surgery is a kind, caring Practice located in Elland, close to the M62. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks.
