As we continue to grow, we're looking for a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have some bookkeeping experience to support our day-to-day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct enquiries appropriately
Handle incoming/outgoing post and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Assist in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and managing team calendars
Provide general admin support: filing, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.
Bookkeeping Support
Assist with processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable
Input financial data into accounting software
Support petty cash tracking and bank reconciliations
Help with the preparation of basic financial reports
Liaise with external accountants as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Some experience in bookkeeping or basic financial tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
Familiarity with accounting software (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Pay: 23,821.00-24,548.00 per year
