The Role

Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection

Our brand new care home in Heathlands House is opening in Cambridge, August 2021. We believe that residents deserve the very best and we will offer a full range of residential care services in hotel-style surroundings, including a cafe, hair and beauty salon, bar and cinema. The 64 bedded care home will be divided into different suites - collections of bedrooms with a dining room and lounge. Creating smaller communities in the home makes it easier for residents to get to know each other. The highly trained, professional team deliver permanent and short-term nursing and residential care, as well as dementia care and end of life care.
