Job Description

We are looking for a confident and organised Receptionist & Administrator to join our busy Technical Support Department. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting both customers and our internal team to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:



Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and professionally directing them to the correct member of the technical support team Assisting with warranty claim documentation and processing product swaps Organising deliveries and collections with couriers and logistics partners Supporting the team with incoming emails and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
