Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking to make a difference in a thriving educational environment? Leigh Academy Tonbridge is seeking a

Receptionist/Administrator

to be the welcoming face of our academy and a driving force behind our administrative operations.


As a key member of our wonderful team, you will be approachable, affable, and professional in this front-facing role, greeting all students, staff, and visitors. You will also provide essential administrative support, managing both external and internal communications, and even contribute to our social media presence.


This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm), Term Time + 2 weeks inset and offers an actual salary of 21,785 - 22,474 per annum (24,366 - 25,136 full-time equivalent).
