Grade and Salary:

Grade 2: 11,013 - 11,546 per annum (24,404 - 25,584 FTE)

Working pattern:

19.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days) Monday to Thursday 1pm - 5pm, Friday 1pm - 4.30pm.

Fixed term for one year

The role:



We are looking to appoint a Part Time Receptionist to join our friendly administration team. This role provides front line customer service to all of our visitors, staff and students.

The role will be working afternoons only. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 1pm to 5pm and Friday 1pm to 4.30pm

The person:



The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word and Excel. Experience of working in a school and using school information systems such as SIMS would be advantageous. This post holder will need to be able to prioritise their own workload, be able to show initiative as well as working as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
