Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08:00-16:30 and Friday from 08:00-15:30
Responsibilities and duties:
+ To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
+ To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department
+ Responding to emails.
+ Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
+ To take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
+ To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
+ To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
+ General Administration duties.
+ Ordering supplies and gift baskets as needed
+ Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
+ Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
Requirements:
+ Good Microsoft Office skills.
+ Meticulous attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
+ English fluency, French an advantage
+ Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
