Overview


We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars Provide clerical support, including typing documents and managing files Support financial operations using Xero as needed

Requirements



Previous office or administrative experience is essential Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks Demonstrated clerical experience in a similar role is advantageous Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year
