Job Summary
Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to hotel and restaurant guests
Dealing with bookings on a computerised system
Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing
Required:
IT skills to work with a computerised booking & payment system
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Flexibility required - shifts will include days, evenings & weekends
Experience in a similar role is preferred
