Job Description


Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide general administrative support - handle and bank takings
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time/Part-time position with regular office hours.
